Welcome to Patterson Equity Partners

“A solution to help lease holders and government entities.”

Patterson Equity Partners assists government entities in the divestiture of leasehold property. Created in 2009, PEP will complete its first project in the fall of 2010: a $52 million divestiture of the Brazos River Authority’s leasehold land at Possum Kingdom Lake. Simply put, we help governments get out of the land management business and help make owners out of leaseholders. Learn more about Leaseholder Divestiture.
