Patterson PK Land Partnership
In 2009, Patterson Equity Partners formed Patterson PK Land Partnerhsip (PPKLP) and purchased 1,537 leases from the Brazos River Authority (BRA) for $52 million. For decades, these residents had been leasing their land and with this purchase, they were given the option to purchase and own their fee simple property. This sale marked the first time a government-owned lake has sold the lake property leases to private investors. Click here for more information.

Patterson Constantin Partners
In November 2011, Patterson Equity Partners successfully bid and purchased 68 acres of land on the Peninsula at Possum Kingdom Lake from private individuals. This sale included 52 residential leaseholds, 7 commercial leaseholds and 45 acres of undeveloped land. The residential leaseholders have had the opportunity to purchase their land, and PEP continues to explore the potential options for the undeveloped land. Click here for more information.
